This website is operated by HuffSluts. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HuffSluts. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you use our services and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced here or available through the website.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the website. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the website or purchase products from us.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this store or purchase its products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We may refuse service, cancel an order or limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, an incorrect price, an unavailable product, a shipping restriction or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount due.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the website or our services without our express written permission.

3. Information on this website

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and current, but information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. Product photographs are illustrative; colours and packaging may vary slightly because of screens, supplier changes or production batches.

Product descriptions, formula families and HUFF ratings are comparative catalogue information based on manufacturer and supplier information. They are not medical measurements or instructions to use a product other than for the external-use purpose stated on its label.

4. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit sales by person, household, region or jurisdiction, and may withdraw or change products without notice. Any offer made through this website is void where prohibited.

Products must be used, stored and handled only as stated on their original or supplied label. Products described as room odourisers or leather cleaners are sold only for that stated external-use purpose. They are not for human consumption. Keep products away from children, animals, heat, flames, sparks and other ignition sources.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

5. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when your order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error. Delivery charges, taxes and any applicable duties are shown or described before payment where Shopify or the carrier can calculate them.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, subject to your statutory rights.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information. We may contact you where information is incomplete or where the carrier requires additional details.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. International orders may be affected by customs, local restrictions, duties or carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

We deliver only to destinations and through services available at checkout. Our Delivery & Returns policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Delivery & Returns policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products might not qualify for a change-of-mind return after the seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Never send a leaking, opened or damaged chemical product through the post unless we have supplied specific safe-return instructions.

8. Optional and third-party services

Parts of the website and checkout are provided by Shopify and other service providers. Third-party tools may be supplied on an “as available” basis and may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products or services merely because a link is provided. Review their terms and privacy information before using them.

9. Intellectual property

The HuffSluts name, branding, artwork, copy, photographs, graphics and other original website content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. No licence is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

10. User submissions and feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews, feedback or other non-confidential material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt that material for operating and promoting the store, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, misleading or infringing material, malware or content that violates another person’s rights. We may remove submissions that breach these Terms.

These Terms and contracts made through the store are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of the country in which you live.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply from publication and will not retrospectively remove rights attached to orders already accepted.
