ORDER PROBLEMS

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, stop handling the affected item, keep the packaging and contact us promptly through the form with your order number and clear photographs where it is safe to take them.

Never return a leaking or damaged chemical product through the post without receiving instructions from us first.
