DELIVERY
Available delivery services, prices and estimated times will be shown at checkout before payment. Orders are sent only using delivery services suitable for the products in the parcel.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, although your statutory rights remain unaffected. Unless another timeframe is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
DISCREET PACKAGING
Orders are packed securely in plain outer packaging. The contents are not advertised on the outside of the parcel, subject to any markings legally required for safe transport.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered packing or dispatch, we may be unable to alter it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may notify us within 14 days of receiving an online order that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return eligible goods. Contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, sealed goods may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once their seal has been broken. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Return items must be unopened, unused and securely packaged. Do not post leaking, opened or damaged chemical products unless we have given you specific safe-return instructions.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Where required by law, the standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded. Customers are normally responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover reasonable return costs for goods confirmed as faulty or sent incorrectly.
